The story of rolls involves a whole lot of patience and labor! It takes many days to set the dough for rolls. After which, our bakers spread out the cinnamon and sugar filling on top of a sheet of dough and roll the thick blankets into 3 foot long logs. Finally, they are hand cut into portions and prepped for baking. Our yeast risen dough has that perfect tangy aftertaste, with nothing but soft pillowy texture to great your palate. Like all our products, we don’t sell it unless someone who isn’t gluten free won’t think it’s the best they’ve ever had.
